Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate – Technical (Dubai)
We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate – Technical with prior experience in the same role and a strong background in hospitality and residential projects.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as an Associate / Senior Associate – Technical.
– Expertise in hospitality and residential projects is a must.
– Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
– Ability to review, develop, and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
– Experience in liaising with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
– Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management software.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex design challenges.
