Position: Planning Manager

Job Description:
As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring functions for our fabrication and construction projects.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with project objectives and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.
-Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
-Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure schedule alignment.
-Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to management and clients.
-Participate in project risk analysis and mitigation planning.
-Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related documentation.
-Assist the cost control team in resource loading and budget tracking.
-Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 8-10 years of experience in planning, preferably within the steel structures, pressure vessels, or heavy fabrication industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Prior experience with EPC contractors or fabrication companies is highly preferred.
