Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents related to Aluminium and façade works.
🔹Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
🔹Supervise the preparation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals.
🔹Manage procurement of materials, ensuring compliance with quality and project specifications.
🔹Monitor project schedules and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
🔹Conduct site Survey & Inspections to resolve technical issues arising during installation, ensuring that all WIR & MIR are cleared & approved by the consultant.
🔹Ensure adherence to safety and quality control standards on-site.
🔹Prepare project documentation including reports, risk assessments, and progress updates.
🔹Participate in value engineering and design optimization activities.
🔹Daily Allocation report for all site team.
🔹Weekly Tracker to be submitted to PM / QAQC Manger or Planner.
🔹Preparing the interim Monthly Payment & raising any Variation claims.
🔹Attending all weekly site coordination meeting with Consultant /Client.
🔹To be responsible for all delivered & stored materials on site.
