Position description:
Translate the design drawings into working drawings for approval to suffice for the production and installation
Responsibilities:
· Closely examine the modelling parameters and highlight to the Design Coordinator / Manager disparities if any within the given set of documents, BIM models, drawings and specifications
· Incorporate and readjust all other trades interface details as necessary and also coordinate with latest interface models & drawing
· Ensure that the BIM & CAD standard guidelines have been followed and also all the used references are properly identified with revisions
· Ensure modelling works are done only for the scope mentioned in the BOQ
· Execute BIM models based on LOD requirements
· Notify discrepancies between BIM models, IFC drawings and specifications
· Highlight clashes to the design coordinator or manager, that might evolve while integrating other interface models
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
Experience : 3-5 years of BIM Fit out Projects familiarity
Software Skills : Revit, Rhino, Auto CAD, Navisworks
Interior contracting background
Strong understanding of IFC (Issued for Construction) package preparation
Proficient in preparing full ID drawing packages
